Starting in 1998/1999, I began to explore the depths of web design when the Internet was still a fairly new concept. In my first website, I used javascripting and basic html combined with few images obtained from the internet. I continued to design websites, logos, and other various graphics up until this day, refining my techniques and design appeal. I started a mini website design name in 2001 called "BiHelix Design," which was my first attempt at making my hobby into a profitable frontier. BiHelix lasted several years until I changed the name to ChaseU Media in 2004 (domain name issues and I decided I wanted a name that more suits me). I obtained several clients throughout the years, whom were all very satisfied if not impressed with their product. In 2003, at the age of 16, I entered the first annual Maine Student Web Design Awards (MSWDA) and achieved first place out of hundreds. This landmark made me decide that I should go into the graphic design business as a career. After the MSWDA's, I started working for Roland Ingrisano at his company Totallywebsites. I designed numerous websites there including the Portland Marketing Association and the Bat Cave, also the Totallywebsites site itself. In my senior year of High School I developed the Town of Scarborough 350th Anniversary logo which will be displayed throughout the town in 2008.
I am currently studying New Media at the University of Maine. If you need any logo/web design work done, just contact me here or call me at 207-632-2220
